Love these frames
These frames are gorgeous yet sturdy. The eye doctor recommended I try a rimless frame to reduce weight, since I have a high prescription and needed progressives this time around.
These frames are elegant and attractive; yet not frilly or too delicate. I have to admit that the leaf embellishment on the side drew me in, and I'm pleasantly surprised that they don't catch my hair at all.
I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about these frames.

Frames Are Not Right For Me
I am fine with the actual lenses. However I do not like the frames. The first frames were not shaped correctly for the prescription and I could not see clearly. I relunctantly chose the second pair because they were just ok. I do not really think they look nice on me. My friends comments reflect that also. I don't have high hopes you will read this or anything will be done. I have purchased frames before from this store that have been fine. 27 years.

Not that Happy with these new glasses
I have been wearing my glasses almost constantly and am still not very happy with them. I find that if I spend much time either on my phone or reading my eyes get tired and it is difficult to focus. My peripheral vision is still blurry. I suppose I was expecting these glasses to perform like bifocal or trifocal lenses and they just don't. I am really unhappy to have spent so much money and be so unsatisfied.

Great Glasses
Bought his combo (frame and lenses) a few weeks ago and they have been a godsend! THey are one of the most comfortable glasses I have worn recently. THey are light weight (at times I do forget I have them on) they are durable (fell asleep with them one, did not lose it's shape) and they are a perfect color that matches nearly every outfit I have. I may just have to get another pair for strictly outdoor use.

Stylish & Comfortable
These glasses were replacement glasses for my previous pair that were damaged and suddenly fell apart while driving. I had forgotten that I had opted for the insurance when I first bought them.
The LensCrafter location I went to made them very quickly and even temporarily repaired my old pair so that I could drive!
These glasses are really comfortable and look really good on me.;)

I like my glasses very much.
I like my glasses, but have a question. The Lens Crafter doctor told me I have cataracts. I'm wondering if that could be the reason I have trouble reading very small type. It's blurry. Other than that one thing, the glasses are wonderful. If the cataracts are creating that problem, that makes sense. If not, I will need to come back and have the lenses re-done. Thank you.

Lightweight and stylish
I bought the same type of frames I had before so the person taken care of me told me he did not have to measure where the bifocals go because they would be cut the same as the other pair. However, I do have some problems getting them to focus sometimes. But I do love the frames and how light weight they are. I could not get this type any where else.

Hate my glasses!!!
I hate my glasses because they don't fit correctly and are too big for my face. I went back to Lens Crafters a couple of days after getting my glasses and the lady I helped me acted like it was a big problem to order another picture. Also, my prescription was not correct the first 4 times I had to reorder my lens. I will not be going back!

Great Experience
I felt that my exam was thorough and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. The technician, previous to the exam, was very professional. I chose frames on my own and was fitted 2 days later at a convenient time for me. I love my glasses and would only recommend that you hire more sales associate/fitters during peak operating hours.

Great pair of glasses
I am very pleased with it. First of all, the price was right, secondly it performs as well as my old very expensive pair, thirdly the personnel adjusted the frame so well that still nothing hurts and it still fits well. For my old pair, I went back regularly to have the frames adjusted! I am so glad that I gave Lens Crafters a try.

Poor selection
I requested the smallest frames available, or teen glasses because my face is so small. I was told they only had children's glasses ( with Disney, or pooh on them), or adult glasses. My glasses are way too big & heavy. They hurt my nose & slide down my face regularly. I'm very disappointed, & would buy my glasses there again.

Great fit
After struggling with fit on a pair of popular plastic frame glasses & feeling like I was looking through googles, thought I would try these. Great price & they have fit me perfectly since the minute I tried them on. Very light. No blind spots from the temples when driving. I forget I'm wearing them.

Worst glasses I have ever had.
Don’t keep their shape, which means the focal point changes for distance vision. This means I can not drive with them. I have had them in for readjustment 3 times. No better. And of course because I had to go out of town, the warranty prior for exchanging them is out. Very unhappy customer.

Happy Customer
I bought my glasses a few months ago and am very happy with how well they fit and how quickly the store was able to get them done for me. I was not happy about having to start wearing glasses all the time so to finding these that look nice and are comfortable to wear all the time was great.

Can see
Got them a while ago I enjoy that I can see again. But am feeling as though I can't see as well as I had seen wi contacts. Some things are still blurry. The nose piece is uncomfortable in the cold when I go out but otherwise a good set. Also not enjoying that they are hard to clean.

Great fit and style!
I had to get new glasses and I had to accept that I need progressive lenses and the prism feature. So glad I did, they require an adjustment period but I'm getting used to them. They are very pretty too, and I've gotten compliments on the frames! Overall, am very happy.

love these
I bought these glasses over a month ago and love them. I got transition lenses so I do not have to switch glasses going in and outside. They are lightweight so do not get uncomfortable after long hours of wearing them. They look good and I forget I am wearing these.

Love the frames
I bought these frames and really like the comfort, fit and style. The lenses is the problem as not able to read small print without getting a magnifier out to help. Will be going back in and having them rechecked and possibly redone. Frames are great though!!

Can't get a good fit
I wanted these frames because they were so light and flexible. However, after adding the glass that is progressive transition, they became very heavy. I've been back 5 times for adjustments, and they are still slipping down my nose. Very disappointed.

Lightweight! Stylish! Different! Love them!
I needed new glasses with the transition lenses. The transition part even works in my car! There is absolutely NO glare! They are so lightweight I forget I have them on! I could not be happier with these very stylish glasses from Lens Crafters!

Lightweight but . . . .
I like the look of these glasses, and they fit very well. However, there are some sharp edges around the pins and the ear pieces feel fragile. They are wearing nicely though. I have had them for several months and enjoy them overall.

Light and pretty
I really like my new glasses they are so light that I can barely feel them on. What attracted me to them was first the price and second the fact that they are a half frame. Husband said that they brighten my face

Incredible service and great glasses!
I needed knew glasses...during a pandemic...and I live in a small down far from my nearest Lens Crafters. My old glasses were uncomfortable and scratched and needed replacing badly. Lens Crafters was able to get me a new pair using my most recent prescription (less than a year) and a frame I had previously used. The service was simply excellent! They were helpful and I received my glasses in less than the expected time. My new glasses were a perfect fit and are so much more comfortable. I also wanted a pair of reading glasses so they made me a pair based on my progressive prescription and were able to offer me a discount on the frame (identical to an older frame). My new reading glasses fit perfect and make such a difference for reading! I've been a customer of Lens Crafters several years now but this kind of service ensures that I will continue to be a customer for a very long time. We weren't able to safely travel to Edmonton during the height of the pandemic but Lens Crafters stepped up and provided me with exactly what I needed...fast, efficient, and friendly service.

Not Happy!
I love these frames but the lenses STILL are not correct!! This is the second pair and I need to go back once again.
At this point I don't know whether to let them try to make them right or just get a refund.

My perfect pair!!
The world is a different place since I got my new glasses. Everything is so clear. My glasses are very comfortable, so comfortable in fact I don't want to take them off. I am glad I chose Lens Crafters.

Compared to my last pair , purchased elsewhere , that required remaking 5 times to get even close to good vision , my experience with Lens crafters is excellent - exactly right the first time !

absolutely horrible..
these are less than two months old and they are broken..I did not get insurance because they were flex glasses... will never buy again unless lenscrafters fixes them...they were almost $250
